What makes my online lessons special is their accessibility to everyone, regardless of age or location. There is no need for special clothing or a specific environment. I have consciously chosen to record the videos in everyday situations and spaces, such as the living room or bedroom. This way, everyone can easily perform the exercises at home, requiring only a small space.
The exercises are designed to be short yet effective and can be repeated as desired. The series is ideal for anyone looking to enrich their body with the benefits of qi gong, such as promoting energy flow and personal growth.
